Estate Planning

Corinne practices in the areas of business law, including business formation, contracts, and reorganizing business structures, as well as estate planning for individuals and business owners.

Corinne’s clients appreciate her ability to explain the legal stuff in a practical and easy to implement way based on her more than 20 years experience and knowledge. She has seen the good, the bad, and the ugly at this point in her career.

Corinne has found innovative ways to share her legal knowledge and experience with entrepreneurs across Canada through her online legal platform, podcast and through many “Legal Essentials” courses and workshops delivered.  Corinne has placed a particular emphasis on supporting women-identifying entrepreneurs.

Corinne is originally from Cape Breton Island which probably explains her sense of humour.  Corinne lives in Clayton Park with her spouse Martin, rescue pup Kiwi, and her adulting kids.

Corinne is in her happy place when she is watching or playing hockey or basketball, or jamming on her guitar with her band or anyone else who will join in.  Corinne is currently on the board of Nova Village NS (formerly the Fairview Resource Center) and has previously coached youth hockey.
