Born and raised in Dartmouth, Courtney Day earned her paralegal diploma in 2007. After exploring a different career path for several years, she found her way back to the legal field and joined Touchstone Legal in 2022.
At Touchstone, Courtney works alongside Tanya Butler, supporting the firm’s estate litigation practice. She brings a compassionate and client-focused approach to her work, taking the time to speak with clients and help them navigate their legal challenges with confidence and care.
Courtney is known around the office for her infectious laughter and friendly nature, often sparking spontaneous snack-filled chats with colleagues. Her warmth and positivity make her not only a skilled professional, but also a beloved member of the Touchstone team.
Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys an adventurous lifestyle. She loves spending time with her three dogs —Freya (Cane Corso), Rollo (Mini Bully), and Kuma (American Akita)— and can often be found fishing, riding motorcycles, or cheering on her son Axell as he races around on one of his many motorized vehicles all while listening to country music.
