Somya joined Touchstone Legal in 2024 as a probate paralegal, bringing with her more than eight years of experience in law and the corporate field. Before making Canada her home in 2022 with her loving husband, Somya worked in India as a qualified Company Secretary—a role that combines corporate governance, compliance, and legal advisory expertise (in other words, the person who keeps a company out of trouble!). That background gave her a strong foundation in managing complex legal matters with both precision and efficiency.
At Touchstone, Somya blends her sharp legal skills with her calm, client-focused approach to help families navigate estate administration. She is known for her attention to detail, her problem-solving mindset, and the fact that she never starts a day without a cup of black coffee.
When she’s not at her desk, Somya is usually out exploring. She loves to travel, discover new cities, and seek out hidden gems.
